Thank you for inquiring about our services. Sweeton Home
Restoration, LLC is owned and operated by Kevin Sweeton and Nancy Oliver of
Monteagle. We offer a variety of restoration, remodeling, and new construction
services including foundation and pier work, framing, siding,
roofing, flooring, painting, custom tile work, specialty carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Most of our clients have
been doing business with us since our inception in 2001 and most all of our
crew members have been with us just as long.
Although this marks more than a decade operating as Sweeton
Home Restoration, Kevin grew up learning every aspect of the construction
business from his father, Richard Sweeton (pictured at left), a well-respected builder from Tracy
City whose resume includes various projects spanning from Tennessee to Florida.
Richard helped construct some of Chattanooga’s first high-rise buildings and
was also a superintendent in charge of the construction of launch pads at Cape
Canaveral during the mid to late 50s. He later helped build wind tunnels for
Arnold Engineering Development Center in Tullahoma, TN.
Kevin continues to follow the path his father helped forge by
providing exceptional craftsmanship to homeowners in Monteagle, Sewanee, Cowan,
Estill Springs, Tracy City, Gruetli-Laager and gated communities such as the
Monteagle Sunday School Assembly and Clifftops. We have also been added to the University of the South's list of approved builders. Visit http://www.sewanee.edu/leases/builders.
We have a complete list of references all of whom have provided
us with the best advertisement yet – word of mouth. We are state licensed and
fully insured, plus, we are members of the Better Business Bureau, National
Home Builders Association, and the Monteagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce. Also, Kevin and Nancy serve
on the Advisory Board of the Mid-Cumberland Mountain Ministry, an outreach
program affiliated with the Episcopal Diocese of Tennessee which serves local
residents in need. To serve our
neighbors in these capacities is truly an honor.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with you. Please feel
free to contact Marianne or Nancy in the office, if you have any questions, need more information about us,
or would like to schedule a meeting. We look forward to hearing from you.
